It's nice to meet you! My name is Tiffany. I love to connect with people and understand the messy, real-world ways they interact with products every day. My goal is to make those experiences a little easier, clearer, and delightful.

I once was an engineer, so I’m comfortable with highly complex systems and enjoy collaborating with engineers (both as users and stakeholders!) to turn insights into things teams can actually build. At the same time, I’m always excited to learn something new and take on challenges in unfamiliar domains.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me figure skating, crafting with friends, or eating pickles straight from the jar.
